Cutting off refined carbohydrates would probably help a lot to reduce inflammation. 😉

First of what kind of experience? Cardio raises your cortisol. Lifting weights lowers your cortisol. Running on a treadmill will never help you lose weight but weights will. Video not efficient.

I had this done on both sides so they had something to compare the results with . The damage was on the right side and they went into my wrist with a little camera and that had the ability to make micro cuts in the scar tissue and it could be extracted threw a little vacuum cleaner built into the camera .On camera it looks like a little round silver Pac-Man eating up those white dots but in reality it’s your scar tissue. I had some good results after that minor procedure but that was back in 2002 . I really didn’t experience any problems until last month when I fell thru a roof hatch 2 stories , I was able to get up and walk away with only broken ribs . I was at work the next day but the after all the swelling and bruises went away that’s when the numbness got real bad , now I can’t even put my right hand into my pocket without getting it yanked back giving me a deformed looking pinky finger.

All I know is that when my chiropractor did dry needling on me because I have a torn herniated disc I went through the freaking ceiling because of the pain! I am going back in today for another treatment and I'm hoping it's not going to be as bad as torn disc is taking a long time to heal.

Oh aren't we the peanut gallery over here. He's trying to help and for those not clear,(and he probably should've worded it differently) NOT strenuous exercise. Just move, stay in motion, for chronic pain. Gentle movements, gentle exercises, without weights. Stretch, purposefully walking. Get enough GOOD sleep. 💜n

any update? was it cause by dry needling?
@Harrisabd28 күн бұрын
@@user-uk1ce3gc8g it was referral pain, I had a C5-C6 disc protusion and my tight traps were holding it in place once the dry needle happened on my right side, the muscle relaxed and the disc came out more and pushed onto the nerve endings. After 4 weeks of physio and rest I’m much better now.

1. The stretch that you showed is more suitable for stretching lats, not QLs. For stretching QLs, "ballerina" stretch is more efficient 2. In addition to stretching the QL, she will most probably need to stretch spine erectors on the right side. If she does not do that, she will still be stiff, and will have pain below the belt line 3. Stretches alone are not enough. They should be combined with deep trigger point massage. The right sequence is: a) Deep massage b) Heating (taking a hot shower or a bath or a hot compress) c) Stretching I got rid of my chronic low back pain and stiffness in just a week by following the above sequence

Hi! I have left face pain, sometimes it can be unsufferable for me. I have also cervical scoliosis and left side of cervical vertebra very enormous tight, i think c1-c2 dysfunction. I want to try this mobilisation. I wonder 'which side should i turn my head?' left (tight side) or right (poor side). thanks.

Theres some people who have certain disease need to consult doctor to do this therapy, though not all applied. Another category of people who didn't have the listed disease should do it. Some like; not for everyone Anemia. A pacemaker. Bleeding disorders like hemophilia. Blood clotting problems, like deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or a history of strokes. Cardiovascular disease. Skin conditions, including eczema and psoriasis. Seizures (epilepsy).
