I honestly think that October 17, 1990 is the wrong year. I believe it is the fall of 1991 not 1990. Because one of the news anchors are talking about Bill Cosby and the opening to the Cosby show. The cast of the Cosby Show dancing in front of the painting means it would be the last season for the Cosby show, which was the 1991 - 1992 season and left NBC in the Spring of 1992.
