i just heard this song at the end of ep1 of Love Me series.... made me cry with Hugo Weaving 💔💦💖

This song is an absolutely perfect song. I heard it first as a cover in October 2021 by an artist called Run Remedy in Manchester. I believe they heard it on spotify that week. I listened to it on the way home and have listened to it every day since, at times on repeat. I always send it to people. It is my favourite song i think. The first 4 notes just hit. It reminds me of dark times, sad times, autumn, dark rainy nights and feeling a bit grungey in my mid 20s. It deserves way wayyy more recognition - I believe it will happen!

This song has been my go-to for sad moods since I heard it... yet just discovered the video this week. It adds much to the sentiment and perfectly encapsulates the disillusionment I felt as I grew out of the party scenes that dominated my 20s. I appreciate the symbolism in the visuals as well.
