2023 RECALLED DUE TO SAFETY AND NOW USELESS JUNK

Making some more progress on the Z950 HO. Data logging short term fuel trims, timing, requested vs actual lambda, pedal position vs actual throttle blade position, IAT, ECT, Manifold pressure, Engine RPM, speed, and calculated load are just some of the things I look at when building tunes. Not just Horsepower and Torque. There is a lot more to the science! HP and TQ are just a byproduct and bonus!! +15whp with just a slip on and tune. This is spark arrested and does not require servicing! Expect more from your tunes and performance packages. Dyno Chart in video!!! #albapower

Why did you guys discontinue exhaust for the 660?

Very nice for the 180 but I wish they had used the Lihai 169.69cc or the new 276efi instead of the gy6

You give such valuable information. I especially feel good where you drive the old axle out by using a 19mm socket to not damage the axle you're removing. I also like how you drive the new axle in with a hammer straight to the threaded tip using multiple uneven blows with your ball peen hammer. (no socket for protection) Your professionalism shines! Thanks for your teaching inexperienced ATV enthusiast the correct way to replace an axle!!

How hard is it to convert it to run e85
@EVO1087R2 жыл бұрын
Ideally you want to increase compression to maximize power potential. You need much larger jets. I think some of the rubber pieces need to be switched for more ethanol resistant components. Float bowl, float needle, Fuel line, orings, gaskets. Also probably good to flush the system out with gasoline after you run it because ethanol absorbs water. Water rusts bearings and can cause hydrolock. For efi you’ll need to be able to tune ecu. More powerful injectors maybe, and more compression. Efi is nice because you can have multiple maps for various ethanol % even E100. Carb bikes it will be easier to have multiple carbs for different fuels

I’m confused on how the bead is going to get seated if you don’t use spoons or get it over the wheel bead first.
@tylerriddle46273 жыл бұрын
The bead is locked on one side and it still has to seat on the other you push the tire on the side where the ring mounts then lock it on with the ring
