How could tyranids use orks to farm biomass? I understand that orks reproduce via spores, but that doesn’t mean they break the law of conservation of matter AFAIK. A nascent orc spore would require a non-zero amount of biomass equivalent for it to become an orc. Orcs reproduce rapidly and seemingly infinitely, but they still require some organic substrate to develop from. I could be wrong but it begs the question.

Short of plot armor why doesn’t the imperial navy send in kamikaze fleets loaded to the gills with virus bombs and take out as many chaos planets as they can. The biggest misconception is that the necrons want to kill all life. They just don’t like unintelligent life that is clogging up their tomb worlds. They are hit and miss with humans as they see a lot of the guard and generic people lead grey and unintelligent lives. Whereas they respect space marines. They don’t care about the Tau, they want the great rift closed as it is kinda messing with the galaxy. They want the tyranids gone as they are becoming an inconvenience, they somewhat dislike the elder due to ancient rivalries but also don’t care. Orks to them are just like landscaping. They don’t want them on their worlds but they can exist elsewhere. I don’t think they have ever even interacted with the leagues of votann. Another part of their motivation is wanting to just stave off the flayed virus as well as return to being mortal. Necrons aren’t terminators or even villains. They’re kinda just tired grumpy robots that want you to get off their lawn. If necrons wanted the galaxy dead they could just go make a snow angel on the celestial orrery and end the setting.

So if the Skitarii can manufacture weapons with sufficient power to stop a space marine and they're cheap enough to give to their grunts, why are lasguns still around? If these guns can pierce ceramite armor, that means that can puncture most tanks, as we've seen space marines run straight through a tank. Which means they should be more than sufficient for orks, tyranids, etc....

your voice is a soporforic. you could record a never ending stream of F bombs and I'd fall asleep! Also Nurgle is terrifying because of how jolly he is versus how much suffering is caused by his power. The incongruity is the terror.

My chapter took them initially, then realized that the purity of the Primaris geneseed actually worked against them because they had a beneficial mutation. So, they followed the Carcharodons and essentially said, "We'll take your knowledge and information on how to make them, but we won't accept reinforcements." They then promptly stopped using Primaris geneseed, allowing the numbers to dwindle until just Firstborn (with extra good gear) remained. Why go through all this effort? I'm tired of losing and I hate Primaris aesthetics. So I use Primaris units with firstborn representations.
