All of the Python stuff is so brilliant!! You can watch any, or all of it...including Flying Circus, and the dialogue is great...but there is always something equally funny, happening in the background. You have to watch it many times, to catch the crazy shit that is off the main topic. So subtle, but comedic genious. Now ...go watch it again...or I will taunt you, a second time-ah!! LMAO.

I first saw this under optimal conditions: In a freshman 1:39 dorm theater room at the University of Michigan, so thick with weed smoke that you didn’t need to bring your own.

I came across the castle this was filmed at in 06. I was on vacation with my dad . He was a big fan of Monty Python and so am I. It was quite a pleasant surprise to have stayed in the same town and hotel that the cast and crew members stayed at. The locals were very friendly and had some great stories about the movie.

They ridicule siege warfare by literally throwing their livestock (food) at them. Low key hilarious.

None of these movies aged well. Nowadays they look quite silly.

We got cable when I was in the fourth grade. The PBS station had Monty Pythons Flying Circus, I was hooked immediately. And that's what's wrong with me now.
