There was some good effort but unfortunately this mod has some problems. You should not connect to the permanent 12V line as some USB chargers always draw some power. I did the same and ended up several times with a dead battery. There is a white "dummy" connector (aux) on the left side which has 12V switched power. You can also use the black dummy connector (fog lights) which also carries 12V switched. There is metal exposed on the positive wire which is at risk at both corroding and touching some exposes chassis (ground) points.

Thats one hell of a good job bud! The exhaust sounds sick! I think I will do the same to my 200R pipe, I have a pwk 30 for it but it was on a hell of a angle in the stock intake, did you have any issues with your carb? And was that the stock silencer you have on yours?
