Every CRT TV or CRT monitor is different, by adding a simple filter, it is unlikely to still be true to the intended idea of no emulation as by recreating the hardware, it’s emulating the CRT feel via a filter, meaning that the pixels which will be incorrectly reproduced then somehow have to be reproduced back to the CRT feel via a filter, when the source is already inaccurate because the pixels are not producing what they are intending to produce on the LCT or OLED. Unless there is a way of having an adapter of HDMI to the CRT display via traditional analogue cables.
