I am utterly disappointed by the teaching materials on your platform. Coze is such a flexible and promising GPT creation platform, yet your tutorial video team has completely failed to empathize and think from the perspective of a newcomer about how to actually use each feature. Take this tutorial for example - why don't you provide the code snippet in the middle? At the very least, that would give us a reference to study, instead of just listening to you all talking to yourselves, which is absolutely useless for learning!

Thank you for the workshop! One of the most frequent errors I can when using own bots on Telegram is a response: 'too many users'. I'm using a ChatGPT 4.5 model, single-agent mode. Coze assistant didn't manage to help; I found no information in documentation. It would be nice if you could make a video explaining a resolution to this issue experienced by many bot creators. The reason I'm asking for a video is because there are way less people on Discord who would see your reply to this issue, whereas many would first go to the Coze assistant, documentation and youtube. Thanks for the amazing product!

Hi there! The "too many users" error message is just that - too many users using the LLM at the same time! There's no resolution; the only thing you can do is wait for a few minutes and it should start working again

@@CozeHQ thanks for the quick reply=) but the problem doesn't appear when on the coze website (so to say, in the bot 'preview' window). Do I understand right that to fix this problem completely one would need to use a paid openai api? If so, a workshop on apis will be greatly appreciated:) Also, apis are used to create plug-ins, so a tutorial on the use of api in different cases will be useful:)

Hello, I'm working on a workflow to create a function that can search and recommend products. Here's the specific idea: first, establish a product's' knowledge containing SKU, name, price, etc. Then, utilize a Language Model (LLM) to analyze the keywords entered by the user and generate multiple synonyms. Next, use this expanded keyword set to search the knowledge base for relevant products. Finally, output the SKUs of these suitable products. However, we've encountered a challenge with the knowledge base format. While we can successfully process a .txt upload format where each product is listed per line (e.g., b SKU, b name, b price), I face issues when using a CSV table format. During the workflow process, the result returned is either 0 or null. Any suggestions or insights on resolving this issue?

Maybe someone knows how to make sure that data, in my case reviews, is collected into one single database table, so that the bot can then provide it to all users upon their request. Now it turns out that each user has his own database, although when creating the reviews table I specified the Multi-user mode.
