To find something, it's command-F on a Mac. Search and replace, but be careful to change only what is needed. If confident, Replace All. If Sigil's type is too small, increase magnification. My preference is 220%. It's on the bottom right of the window where it says 100%, or whatever.

Hello, mam! In part 1 you split and format chapter to heading 1 at the end you generate table of contents. I just want to know can we do that for with MS word by appying headings 1 styles with page break. and then import into Calibre?

Very well done ma'am. I appreciate the time you had to spare to do this. I viewed your video all the way from Nigeria, West Africa. You have been quite helpful. Thanks

You separated your book into separate files per chapter. I don't see where you every put every chapter back into one book.

Hi, the problems start when I upload the HTML file on Sigil, it does not show as a text but as a set of random symbols. Any chance you could provide private lessons on using the software Amy?

Thanks for sharing the tool. Is there a way to index the content on Sigil?
@AmyKJones4 жыл бұрын
Yes. Select Tools, then Index from the dropdown menu. You can mark items to be indexed as you create your document (Control + shift + x). You can also quickly access the Index Editor (Control + alt + I). Hope this helps!

I was thinking of trying this for tent camping this weekend. How long did the ice stay frozen for?
@AmyKJones5 жыл бұрын
We tried it with a five pound bag of ice and it lasted for about three hours (mostly water by the end) in the tent in 90 degrees. We tried it with bags of solid cubes from our fridge (obviously made prior to camping trip) and in about 87 degrees it lasted from about 3pm heat of the day until about 10am the following day. For us, the more solid the ice the longer it lasted.

That Leatherman-style multi-tool should clean up. Throw it in your glove compartment for emergencies.

I took the suggestion of a gentleman on the fishing pier and scrubbed it in vinegar/water That got the stuff that was usable cleaned up pretty well (back to functional).

Looks like y’all found some good stuff! Little friendly advice though, shorter videos will make a huge differnence with your retention rate. 10 min max. 5-7 minutes would be ideal. Also amazon sells tripod for phones for pretty cheap and they work wonders, and a cheap mic with the fuzzy thing will cut down on the wind noise an awful lot too. I’m not trying to sound negative, but little things like that will really help your channel grow! Good luck. Hopefully y’all don’t lose anymore magnets haha

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll definitely look into the fuzzy mic cover for that god-awful wind noise I haven't been able to negate. ...I have so much to learn! (We had to sit on our hands for two whole days waiting for our new magnets to arrive. Now we always check for rocks with our smaller magnets before going to town with the more expensive ones.)

Just a suggestion, make the videos shorter and cut to the action quicker. You may get more views that way.

Now I'm thinking about the poor girl having to choose between those two men. Who will she choose: the respectable gentleman or the bad boy? Her Place in Time!
