Why you dont just put the butter in the pan and just cover it ?
@LakesideCookn

That’s definitely an option as well. If you use this method, just make sure to add the butter into the pan towards the end to prevent the butter from burning. Good question and thanks for watching!

Are they super sweet or does the hot sauce balance it pretty well?

Yes, you got it. The hot sauce and white vinegar balances the other complimenting sweet ingredients while also providing savory flavors and a tangy kick. Thanks for watching!

I'm going to make this at home but I'll have to adapt to the Blackstone as I don't have a grill. I think should be easy to do though.

This recipe would be great on a griddle. Let me know how it goes!

Ingredients: 1/2 lb chicken breast Dry Chipotle seasoning Cilantro Green onion Green cabbage 1 Tomato 1/2 lb bacon Flour tortillas Tostadas (toasted tortilla) Avocado salsa (any salsa would work) 3/4 cup Ranch dressing Shredded cheese Cooking spray 1. Start by taking your raw chicken breast and generously season with dry chipotle. 2. Over a hot grill, cook chicken breast through to internal temperature of at least 165 degrees fahrenheit. 3. On a skillet, start sizzling up some bacon until their nice and crispy. 4. Take the fully cooked chicken breast and chop into 1/2 inch cubes and throw into a mixing bowl. 5. Similarly, chop up the bacon into 1/2 inch pieces and toss into the same mixing bowl. 6. Chop some green cabbage as well as green onions into small pieces that will also go into the mixing bowl. During this time, you can also dice up some tomatoes and cilantro for garnishments. 7. Now add in the ranch dressing and shredded cheese into the mixing bowl. 8. Mix mix mix it all up. 9. Lay out a flour tortilla. Spread shredded cheese over the entire surface. Lay a tostada over the shredded cheese as the tostada will be sandwiched in-between layers. The tostada is going to add that additional crunch to each bite! Next, add in the contents from the mixing bowl and spread it throughout the surface of the tostada. Add in additional shredded cheese on top of the mixed contents. Lastly, the top layer will be a flour tortilla. 10. Heat up a skillet with some cooking spray. Lay the quesadilla onto the skillet with the goal of melting the cheese from all of the delicious contents inside. After one side bad been toasted, flip over to melt the cheese on the other side. Be careful not to burn the quesadilla as each side should only take about 30 seconds. 11. Remove the quesadilla. I find cutting it in half makes it easier to eat. 12. Sprinkle in some diced tomatoes or cilantro on top of your quesadilla. Dipping the quesadilla in your choice os salsa gives it that finishing touch. 13. Enjoy!

Any substitute for the spam, just ham? Wife doesn't like spam or ham really but I suppose pork chop would work.

Yes, pork chops are another great option. You could also substitute Spam with tofu. The texture is similar and very easy to cut into Spam like shapes. Thanks for watching!

I love pad thai, I may have to give this a try in the kitchen even. Have to figure out where to buy all the ingredients, I knew some of them but not all. I'm a bit ignorant on the ingredients of Asian cooking but working on learning.

Use to make these as a kid!! Apple pie, pizza, ham and cheese, cherry pie... smoores even. My parents had round pie makers which I still think are the coolest thing ever, they long since fell apart after decades of use and I keep thinking I should pick up some of these for my kids. The coleman work well? I knwo some are cheaper than others so I want to get a solid long lasting set. If I ever find round I'll probably pick them up.

I could easily adapt this to my blackstone as well possibly until I get a grate for my one fire pit. Where did you get the fire pit circle and grate? Also love that little cast iron sauce pan you used for the butter!!!
