Maybe talking about quirrel jinx harry, maybe talking about quirrel attempt to search for sorcerer stone. Snape doesnt know quirrel is death eater but he is extremely suspicious

Quirrell had been acting strange and suspicious, and Snape was picking up on it. Then he realized what Quirrell was doing at the Quidditch match, and this must've been the first chance he got to confront Quirrell when there were no students or other professors around.

Snape never cared about Harry or his mother, he was a loser that was afraid of both Dumbledore and voldemort so he played both sides until he thought 1 of them was going to win.

Correct, it was in the forest in the book. Harry noticed Snape slip into the forest after a Quidditch match, so he flew over the forest to see what he was doing.

Something I've wondered recently about this scene after finding out all the times Snape protected Harry.. Did Snape know Harry was under the cloak and reached his hand out to try and get Harry to back off away from Quirrell/Voldemort?

I would guess he must have. he's a proficient legilimens. Though I don't know if Legilimency is something you have to actively focus on or if he's always sucbconsciously peering into other minds.

He heard Harry breathing nearby, which is what got him to notice. He didn't know Harry was there, and at the time the concept of Legilimency wasn't there since Part 5 hadn't come out yet. Also, Snape being in love with Lily and protecting wasn't known to the directors or the actor so there's that too

Voldemort already knew that Snape was a Hogwarts teacher... He knew the whole time, so there was no reason to suspect anything.

Snape was never told so Voldemort couldn't really hold it against snape for preventing what everybody at the time thought was a random ass thieving professor
