EVANGELICA LEADERS ATACK THE CATHOLIC CHURCH OFTEN?: *HELLO PASTOR MICHAEL YOUSSEF, Feb. 2022 I Iisten to your sermons daily & most of the times it's interesting! Today you said that some Christians hide themselves in convents to avoid persecution, etc. Truly, what you said is NOT right. Monks & Nuns do lots of WORK: teaching at the Catholic schools, working at churches, visiting hospitals & families, visiting prisoners, working with the homeless and doing missionary work, to name a few. Also, they pray & sing daily for 5 hrs - & they rise very early to pray. St. James said that prayers of true Christians bear lots of fruit (James 5). Frankly, God will judge us for whatever we say & do; the Gospel says that our work will follow us for eternity. I hope you will correct this misconception & apologize to your listeners. I believe that those who apologize for their mistakes are honest and brave people. And the first 12 Disciples made many mistakes especially during the first 3 years and the Lord corrected them each time as He often does with me. † NOTE THAT A FRIEND EDITED THIS SHORT ARTICLE. Kind regards. Saba Koriale And I was born in Middle East now Christian CATHOLIC & Canadian †SHARE WITH H FRIENDS PLEASE

In spite of the monastic life that they live, I wonder if anyone of them is certain or convinced that God really exists.
@mortalclown38123 жыл бұрын
Perhaps a bit of projection happening here with your comment. On the other hand; monastic life doesn't make anyone holier, but I'm not sure if these guys believe that.
@tracykatrinaobrien69983 жыл бұрын
Why does that matter. Its the intent behind actions thats significant.
@museluvr2 жыл бұрын
Of course God exists, and I'm positive they do. Thats why there' a period before 'going all in' where one sees if this life God is truly calling them to. If not, that's okay, but its God who is calling each heart to be His. These guys probably have more faith than some of America' largest cities.

Or.......We all could refrain from sending our kids there until school officials brought tuition charges more in line with people's ability to pay. Kinda reduces the "forever indebtedness" bullshit mantle that they like to hang around your kids neck because his folks are poor......

Do they do things like arrange the tangle of cables so that when you pull the one you think is causing the problem another cable disconnects. So revealing the true nature of the problem before a big mess and waste of time can occur?

Novus Ordo Beneditctine monks. No Traditional monks of Our Catholic Faith here. Turn to True Monastic Benedictine Community Like the Abbey of the abbyoffontgomabault, France. Then you have a True Orthodox Benedictine Community that follows the strict Rule of Saint Benedict.

The Benedictine monks closest to Malaysia seem to be in Vietnam and the Philippines. Their monasteries are technically "priories", meaning they're smaller and relatively new. The nearest monastery that is a full-grown "abbey", similar to the one in this video, seems to be in Hue, Vietnam. The next closest abbeys seem to be in Australia
