When Imperial Sword is activated, Alaster gains access to higher stages of Azure Flash when he takes damage. Azure Flash Stage 2 grants 100% Critical Hit on initial strike. With Transmutation Rune, Azure Flash starts with 5 charges therefore activating Stage 2 that gives 100% Crit Rate.

I suggest getting Ruin Rune first. But that's up to you.

Use Rapid Burst when the freeze wave is about to hit you. It has invincibility frames which prevent you from freezing.

If you watched the video, then you would know that I got frozen 7 times. You need to use Elemental Shot or Rapid Burst when the freeze wave is about to hit you so that you wouldn't get frozen because of invincibility frames. If you watched the video, you could see that my MP decreases and increases everytime I used a skill unlike what you said that it's not moving. I have 80% MP Cost Reduction. Conversion Mastery returns some MP for every Ammo used. Helping Hand Mastery deploys Mana Field that continuously recovers MP.

Are you asking which set effect is better for this specific build or in general? In this specific build, Marduk's Dark Surge does not activate when Louisa is off-field. In this regard, Marlene's Demonic Curse would be better if we are only talking about the Set Effect. But in terms of stats, Marduk Set would be better because this build relies on Basic Attack.
