I am a member of the Solomon whanau from Kaikoura, I have had my stomach removed and am about to have a double mastectomy and hopefully a reconstruction if all goes well. I would like to talk with other whanau's that have the same gene.

Overall 8.3 mmol/L Cholesterol. Whats his HDL though. 5.3 mmol/L, yeah, but what is the HDL and LDL? Just eat more meat with its fat Padre before your alcohol. Always have big fatty steak like ribeye or porterhouse, like 500g with your beer and gradually have more meat and give up the beer. The important thing is the Fatty meat. And walk less, LIFT weights or a weight, built muscle will balance your body out as well, including bodyfat. Just walking just loses muscle after bodyfat has been liberated. The Fat youve been consumng is from the body, its your mass/energy. Get full fat dairy, full fat meat. Your doctor also cannot give advice on foods to eat, that isnt part of his job he needs to refer you to a dieitician. Plant matter lowers LDL Only, HDL rises using Fat and Protein, as what is happening when youre consuming/using you bodyfat. Youre well educated Padre (well on a Academic/Institution) way, use the internet to find the answers and keep up to date. The doctor is sadly not up to date.

Go join a te reo class then. It's like listening to somebody who can't read complaining about books.

@@Tehui1974 I think what the person is saying is the elitism in Māori speaking. Timoti is a gate keeper he doesn’t help the masses

@@DMon850 I've never met Timoti Karetu, but I have read some of books. And what I know about him is that he's willing to help those who are learning Te Reo. As for those who have no interest, he has no time for them. Most of his career has been about supporting the revitalisation of Te Reo Māori.
@mgnwill

@@DMon850 It’s not elitism. It’s training those with exceptional talent to maintain the highest standard so that the Reo that is passed on to the next generations is of a high quality. These carefully selected students are then the ones who go on to help teach ‘the masses’ excellent quality Reo rather than embarrassing trash. If Timoti offered nothing but classes to ‘the masses’ for whom there are a wide number of teachers with the ability to teach very basic Reo or low Intermediate level Reo only, who would coach those in the next generation to ensue that someone has the quality of Reo to keep it going at a high standard and keep it alive? And actually Timoti does pass his knowledge onto the masses - I was a University student of his, and attended one of the many Kura Reo he helps run for hundreds of learners from beginner to proficient, also taught by these amazing students of his. If Timoti didn’t have at least someone near his level, I wouldn’t have access to anyone who could help me improve my own Reo beyond basic conversation.

Arama's comment on the money raised for the families affected by the slaughter in the Christchurch: "Arama Ellis I sit here bub and think that that is fifty plus overstayers we don't have to deport that's my thoughts on the topic". I see no wicked sense of humour here - only wicked. A massive piece of shit who enables fascists.

Especially concerning is the New Zealand government agencies are still spreading poison like 1080 and Brodifacoum over our forests and INTO our streams and waterways ie, our food chain. Though they MAY not cause the birth defects like 24D & 245-T, they are endocrine disruptors ie, can cause infertility. Check out the damming evidence at: tvwild.co.nz 1080science.co.nz -- Or search youTube for and watch: Deer mass poisoned Poisoning Stewart Island - updated version, including marine impact
