K think the thread with the green plastic ends is thicker, and your top stitching thread, and the other one is the same colour and regular sewing thread. You can sew your garment with it if you want to, or just use it kin the bobbin for topstitching, since you just use the thicker topstitching thread as the top thread and not in the bobbin.

Make sure to use a denim needle in your machine, and a topstitch needle when topstitching with the thicker thread, but use normal thread in the bobbin. Good sewing with your project.

make sure you read washing instructions.

I’ve made a Billie dress with that exact same fabric & it was perfect so that would be my vote. The pockets on the Billie are much nicer than on the Nina Lee one & have a nice shape to them 😊

With 4m you should have enough to make 2 garments. I’ve made both of the cardigans you have and loved both of them, however, with the carrie cardigan I found that the weight of it continually pulled it off my shoulders and to the back. Perhaps the shorter version would be better? I also found that I used far less fabric than it stated on the pattern ☝🏼 The Sinclair Harper is a great pattern too and comes together really quickly. I recut mine in a bigger size so it would be more oversized as I prefer an oversized fit. Happy sewing 😊

The Billie would suit that fabric, or the Jarrow sweater, would go lovely with the pink fabric you bought t make trousers with. my last choice would be the harper cardigan,. Happy sewing, Jean.😄

The only one I’ve made is the Harper, and it’s a really fun, quick make. Something like the Billie would show off that fabric a lot more though!

If you always buy 4metres of fabric you must have a lot of waste the plum chambray takes nowhere near 4metres for a blouse it would look nice as winter trousers the pastel fioral would be a lovely blouse can’t wait to see what you make with them all

I also use Canva but I didn't think to use it to make a vision board. Now, I am going to try to use Canva to make a mood board. Yes, I have heard of the Saguaro Set. But I didn't think it would work for me. I have a larger waist and my tummy pokes out. And I have open-heart surgery scars on my chest.😢 But now that you mentioned you can turn the top around and wear the higher back neckline in the front and you can alter or hack the pattern to lengthen the top, I looked closer at the Saguaro Set. I must admit, I paused this video several times to look at/up something you mentioned. But I returned to this video every time. Note: I finished this video before the day was through. I have viewed your channel before but now I am a new subscriber. I am going to see if you made the Saguaro Set yet... 😊 Love Lisa

Hi Jessica, love your vlog. I’ve made the sage brush too, I upcycled a fruity patterned, silky feeling skirt that had been reduced in a charity shop to only £1. I love the top, and it wasn’t very difficult to make, I put my elastic in a bit too tight, but that was my mistake. I plan to make others, but just not got around to it.
