Last video ended with him coming home after his shift at the hospital to his "friends"(harem?), but this video started with him somehow being outside of the village and in front of Orochimaru. EDIT: Ok I just finished watching the entire video and I got to say that this part was all over the place. It's like the author didn't know what he wanted to write and just threw a bunch of rough drafts together. Also Naruto's characterization in this seems to be inconsistent, because he's described as quiet and reserved but other characters describe him as having a loud mouth and being a "bundle of energy", so I wonder what the author is trying to go for with version of Naruto.
