You need 4 cards to make sure Ken Sato is good. His high BP only matters when he's Triple.

I mean, not really. That Scene card pretty much exists as deck filler that you will likely replace since we already have other Scenes that can alter opponents' Type, and due to the transient nature of those effects and that Ken's high BP he is clearly meant to help you close a game and not at all intended for early/mid plays. He's basically an Ultraman version of a Kaiju just with his EX Grade only reflected in his effect text. Not a bad card, but really, I think the EX Deck 01 is mostly for promotional sake, it would definitely need support in future boosters; which might just completely retool how Ken works and make these gimmicky cards obsolete.

@@GuardCancel afaik those scenes only change types when it's battling specific Ultras, not Ken Sato. High BP only matters when Ken Sato is Triple. I assume we'll have Level 1 and 2 versions, but the fact that he needs to be Triple means it's easy to telegraph any possible setup if Level 1 Ken Sato is dropped early.

@@MansMan42069 Because it is so telegraphed can be a positive. I like to think of it like a marathon; if you play (lvl 1) Ken on your first battle, win or lose he has now become a potential threat that you now need to always keep in mind, because if you're falling behind elsewhere you might not have the resources to win other fights AND keep Ken in check with his sudden comeback potential. But like I said, EX Deck 01 seems mostly gimmicky and not at all viable out of the box, hopefully BP 03 will give Ken some legitimate support and this lvl 3 Ken can be a cute tech pick, as being "weak" to 2 types isn't a death sentence since, again, a lot of Kaiju share that weakness and if you underestimate them you could be in for an upset.

​@@GuardCancel Without knowing the BP of Lv1 and 2 Ken Sato, Lv3 Z Alpha Edge hard counters Lv3 Ken Sato if they battle on Round 1. if Lead player puts down Ken Sato's scene, Next player can assume it's a Ken Sato for the 1st round.

English version have more cards per pack than Japan version

@ghostiespectie897 yea but the rrr and ap rate of 1 box is the same for both language. R and commons are way more than japanese pack. Just wish English pack would have higher rate of rrr and ap since the ratio of common and R is abit much compare to japanese.

This is from what I understand, I might be wrong 1. No, you can only restand if you level up. If not, you continue rested 2. Yes. All 3 victories must be in the same turn. They don't restand unless they level up. 3. I actually don't know about this. But I think the answer to that is yes. If this turn in this video did not end because neither player got 3 victories, they'll continue to next turn, and the only thing they can do is level up.

​@@MultiPss In the Introduction video, the voiceover says "3 or more battles". This means you keep setting up new battles every turn. Remember that one of the lose conditions is if you can't set a new card for battle.

1. Rest is just to show it lost the battle in the previous turn. If the battle outcome changes in later turns, it will stand. 2. Yes. 3. No. You keep setting new characters and start new battles each turn. One of the losing conditions is if you CANNOT set a new character that turn.
