@@jacquelinevega5331 Meritage is new to Utah, so I haven’t had a ton of experience with them, but so far I haven’t seen red flags. My clients who recently closed with them love the home and really enjoyed working with the builder. They seem to offer an incredible value as well. Best of luck to you.

I’ve been in the new home construction industry for 20+ years and there are things like building permits taking 6 to 12 weeks. Time is money and these massive delays are just one of many issues that can be easily fixed.
