@@MultiTriniboiciao hai risolto il problema, ho lo stesso problema con audi 4 b8 del 2008 con la chiave premuta parte, mentre spingendo solo la chiave non parte, tutto questo avvenuto dopo che e staccato il morsetto 50 a massa per sostituzione supporto motore

Yes, and also a check valve 1j0 122 351 which can cause problems so its better to swap it when you change thermostats

So clearly you need to use a tool to unwedge the wiper or in easier terms... Widen the plastic so that the wiper falls out tand then push the new one into place
