After 30+ years of sewing, one would think I wouldn't need mark my quilt units. NOPE! I still make booboos if I don't mark the pieces. Good to know I'm not the only one.

I usually ladder stitch the opening closed by hand. For this project, I cut a strip of Shape Flex and slipped it inside the opening with the fusible side facing the seam allowances. I pressed it carefully, and it looks like it's going to work great!

I like the way you did the cuff on the pillowcase. I've made the hotdog method pillowcase but this one is better. I'll be giving it a try soon when I make the grandkids Easter pillow cases. Thanks for sharing!
