Your playing is as wonderful as ever, and I love this suite. I notice an odd effect in the sound, which sounds like what I remember from my tape-recording days as 'wow' and 'flutter' when the tape gets sticky on the heads. Is this a recording artifact, how the instrument sounds live, or something to do with the KZbin processing?

Wow! I think that must be my first time actually hearing a clavichord. It's a shock to the ears! The bass notes are like twanging elastic bands! If we really KNEW this sound we'd play Bach very differently!

out of curiosity how do you record the clavichord? is that a microphone or is that a Zoom device? also amazing performance of K.13 its one of my favorite Scarlatti sonatas

utterly lovely. I can almost see the wallpaper and floors of Versailles when I hear this! Lully is glorious and should be better remembered. A beautiful clavichord you have as well!
