I hadn’t really come to discover Scissor Sisters as they were as ascending in fame when I heard them was 2005 But as I was dating someone who I was very involved with and we were enthralled on ABBA and other music esp what he liked but I love Scissor Sisters LOVE THESE GUYS I would love to see them live They look to be incredible performers so this hiatus of now 10 years It’s time guys -get back on that stage Jake (Jakes been doing Solo but Come on Jake Ana Del Marquis BabyDaddy and Paddy Boom Do a -Let’s Go Tour ❤❤❤❤

The algorithm drags you to strange places...I remember driving up to OKC to catch the show only to learn about the missed signing once I arrived. I was however able to get a quick meet and greet with some of these characters a year or two later at the show over at Cain's. Those shows were a hell of a lot of fun

I’ll never forget leaving work early and pulling two friends to travel into the city with me to see Murder Inc. only to arrive to the smallest piss-stink bar in Soho and find that the Village Voice mislabeled it as Murder Inc. when the band that was playing that night was some hair band cockrock group called Murder Ink! I wish I was joking. I never got to see Murder Inc. live. Thankfully Killing Joke would reform 2 years later and I’d see them several dozen more times.

I am an amateur film make and have a studio here in Stillwater. Is there any way I could get some contact info from you? I am very interested in talking about Oklahoma in the late 80’s and 90’s. I have been playing with the idea of making a small documentary about Oklahoma from this era and the music scene and and what not and you might be someone who can give me some good info and insight in to that part of Oklahoma’s history.
