Very good woodwork. Very very strange to fit the drivers before box complete and risk glue squeezing out and dripping onto drivers.

Front baffle edge diffraction? Umm…. Nice build, but I would make sure the front baffles are rounded off at the edges as opposed to sticking out like the KLH 5 or the Wharfdale Linton. Edge diffraction is a real thing and can affect soundstage and imaging. Otherwise great build. Well done! 👍👍

ok you showed us that you are a good carpenter.. but nothing from a design... black midnight... no data, no reasoning, no calculation, no process... you found somewhere, a design of a rear funnel, copied it, and put the 2 first random loudspeaker you found in front of you without a crossover... Unacceptable... almost a cheat...
@ClaudioMartella10 ай бұрын
Those as fostex speakers and there was a crossover inside.
@Armonia281010 ай бұрын
@@ClaudioMartella okay now we are enlightened. we realized that you have no idea about the design, calculation and construction of a speaker and just like a good carpenter you tried to copy a specific speaker by replacing the original speakers with whatever cheap you found on the market that fits the holes...

Splendida realizzazione, complimenti! Io le ascolterei con un single ended monotriodo a riscaldamento diretto 🤩
Емкость конденсатора 0,68 мкФ. ( 0.68μF) Я использовал CS0.68 от fostex. Спасибо.

Sansui produced the SP-707J back loaded speaker using a JBL speaker. They are so rare. It's nice to see this cabinet being built again.

Can I get or buy a set of your build plans?
@carlhess5122 жыл бұрын
Hello. Great wood working. Like you, I don’t use and mails in my speaker builds. And using the biscuits is well worth the extra time. You did you not use and felt inside on the back walls ? And would you share your build plans ? I have a pair of NOS Fostex FE166En drivers and your box build is just the box I’d like to build Thank you and will be watching more of your woodworking skilled videos
@制作室2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment! I used biscuits for reinforcement, but I don't think it's a problem if you don't use them. The Fostex FE166En is a 16cm driver, so it can be used with this design. However, the build plans are hand-drawn and drawn in Japanese, so it may be difficult to understand.

Where to order this kind of plywood? What is its name? Thanks
@制作室2 жыл бұрын
This plywood is Finnish birch. In Japan, it is often used for acoustics. The price is high... bought it here↓ gouhan.net/
