I will be honest, i am really bad at judging how much an item is worth, and for that reason i rarely trade and mainly play self found. I usually have a group of IRL friends, where we all play different classes, so i just give the gear i dont need for my toon to them.

Why not just move on and realize you'll never fully recreate the feeling we had playing this all day as a 17 year old. It's just a nostalgia trip. Yeah it's cool for it to have little mods and updates but it's still really just the same game. There's still really nothing new. Time to move on and better thyself.

I'm so used to Diablo 2 graphics now that Diablo 2 resurrected looks kind of funny.

Pop mic filter, or even putting a sock on your mic helps with that blast noise when making P B D and W noises. You can fix them in post via audacity, or just have a filter set up in your recording software like OBS. Keep up the good vids, been trying to get into PD2 with friends and its been a journey.

Would you reccomend act 2 merc for blessed aim for a budget build like this, or is act 5 the best choice?

thanks for the good vid mate, Old School mega Diablo 2 Nerd here and I found myself in a life situation where I dont have time to play actuall MMOrpgs anymore (in my case its LOTRO) so Project Diablo seems like just what I need during this period of my life. Something to relax with after work but still be able to go to sleep, no need to get stuck for hours in a "world" per say ;). I will probable approach this game as a throwback to Dibbe 2 but people say I can finally try out new builds, this sounds lovely since some builds where just useless in Dia 2. I see you running a Bowazon and those where pretty weak unless you where uber geared in original BUT I will try to make it with a Bowazon as my first char because why not, Trials and errors. Even PD2 Wiki seems good and I had no clue how vast it become

No season resets is not why we play Diablo, In Fact most people like me and my group of friends didnt even have internet, so seasons was not even i thing, i played diablo 1 back in 1996 i was 6 years old, and i played D2 when it came out also, it wasnt until LOD/2001-2 is when schools started to get internet, everyone was still playing N64, no one knew what internet was, i played Starcraft warcraft orc vs humans, and Diablo 1 and 2 on Lan when i had friends bring there computers over and we had sleep overs, Diablo is not about Seasons at all, because me and none of my group of friends like Seasons at all, when we started to play D2 LOD Online, it wasnt until patch 1.08 when they added Uber bosses to ladder only at the time, was when people gave seasons a chance, but still hated season wipes it ruins the game, the whole point of Seasons in D2 was to remove all the duped SOJ's because everyone use to have SOJ's that just randomly Vanished, also im one of the Rare Diablo players, because I was there when the Weapon swap bug worked in D2 LOD, and u could put 2 windforce bows on a druid, and just melt everything, or put 2 twohanded weapons on any class

why do you think PD2 overtook POD as most played mod?

Imma be honest, was looking at reasons to play, and the stuff you covered was really basic and... honestly lame. Compared to Path of Diablo, this feels like a shadow of that.

Based on your video, I started this season with the intention of building Poison Strike. It was fun, but overall I was surprised that your EQ recommendations did not work well for me. I stuck with bramble and moved innocence to act 1 (psyc) with pus spitter. The build turned out to be high risk, high reward. I was able to maintain over 50k dmg with the ability to cover the entire screen with low res fast enough. The end game for this poison strike is mini max survivability (charms with hp) martyrdom (at least 2 socket with um's some) ravenfrost, cbf slam on mara, good 3 socket +2 skill helmet. Unfortunately, slow movement has some negative impact on clearing speed, but slows down the pressure from the rush of the fast mob packs.

D2R is shit like all the blizzard 'remakes', removed open battlenet which means the death of multiplayer mods before the game was released. with tcp/ip you could make your own local modded multiplayer seasons which was and still is very popular in pd2. Chat is full of bots, there's no more interactions in chat like in d2 because of trade sites, it's very important to remember that Blizzard encourage gold farmers and chat bots, that's why all their games have them. I remember Blizzard stating that they would eliminate duping in D2R, considering you can right now buy 100 jah runes for 10 bucks on Softcore i would say they failed to do so, the economy is just as inflated as D2 was. D2R is just a cashgrab, nothing more. The fact that it has more players just tells you what kind of gamers are playing these games today and why Graphics has taken priority over gameplay as a selling point.
