THANK YOU SO MUCH! I’ve had surgery on both hands and so needed a conditioner that had a dispenser - and was INFURIATED when I couldn’t make it work! (Maurens don’t bother putting arrows 🙄). I thought I’d tried everything… You are a star 🌟

Mine was way harder for some reason any amount of twisting didn't work. Had to rinse it off, grip with a towel and turn forcibly. Rediculous!

I didn't want to hold the Tube part by hand so I used pliers squeezing lightly to twist open the pump. Thanks for the How To, they are hardly instinctive and no info on the label.

I don't understand why all of the pumps are like this now. Never needed directions in all my prior years of lotion/hand soap buying lol. One day all the manufacturers changed the pumps and never bothered to let the public know 😂

This worked on a Lubriderm bottle even though there is no Open/Close words imprinted on the top. I pulled the pump Cleaned it off Gripped the barrel of the pump with a small pair of channel locks and turned the top till it released and popped up. Mahalo!

😂 The tips helped, I finally, finally got the pump to work. But only after 2 tries, slopping a bunch of expensive soap on the side of the bottle and in the sink. The soap made it so slippery, I had to rinse the stem and then use gloves. I hope I never have to close it. Thanks again for the video 👍

Thank you so much! Such an easy and direct tutorial, it made me gasp when I tried it, and it worked! I use Dr.Difeel Biotin shampoo and I would always dump it out on my hands but today I was like, Imma google this cuz I am wasting too much product dumping it out. Again, thank you, this video is a life saver!!! I was almost considering switching products b/c of the pump being too difficult LOL

It was slippery using my fingers for the inside part, so I used a piece of napkin to hold it in place as I twisted it to get it opened. It worked for me. Thanks for the video.
