Hi Ron! Long time no see! What does basalt acidity in soils ultimately do for the grape expression? I thought it was a inverse relationship....like the calcium chalk in Chablis and champagne rendering acidity....

This is my favourite El Enemigo. I prefer their Bonarda to their Malbec and their Cabernet Franc. Also to their Chardonnay. Still haven't tasted their El GRan Enemigo, which is a bit pricey... Thanks for the review!

Work at a Spec's here in Texas. Wonderfully informative video. I was fortunate enough to sample a variety of shochu thanks to y'all, as well as Takamine 8 (which I bought a bottle of, along with Colorful). Jake, who did our tasting, was really awesome, had loads of information and was very friendly. It has been very exciting and fun to open people up to an entirely new world of spirits, and as long as these products keep hitting the shelves in my store I will be very happy to inform (and recommend) them to customers. So happy to have stumbled on this video. I've been a fan of Greek wines since 2009, when I lived in Crete for a year. I try to visit Crete and other areas of Greece as often as possible, and buy Greek wines here in the states where available. I thought I knew a lot about Greek wines but definitely learned a lot more from this video!
