Interviews don’t suck !!! If I’m enemployed I welcome interviews, and I love preparing for them, because I can get a job. What the heck are you talking about??

Im here after feeling how drs and other seeing low as a pharmacist i love this profession but its value is low
You are absolutely right. They can easily replace you. And yes if you take time to help your patients, you are losing on your metrics. I feel like you just cant win. Everything you say is correct. I will say there are jobs available because people are quitting and moving to around

It's insightful! Let me know how to apply in the Pharma industry with no experience.

I am currently exploring the possibility of transitioning into the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. I work as an epidemiologist.
Hi Dr, quick question, for a pharma D with skills in Bioinformatics, what are some similar roles that could work?

Super interesting. As a Pharm.D. (from Canada) looking to get into the pharmaceutical industry and learning a lot about regulatory affairs and the different departments, I find it very informative and instructive. Thank you !

How can I still be hopeful, when I have no goal? My career is destroyed, I have no perspective, every time I have any form of success, something outside my control happens. The last time they dismantled the whole department I was supposed to get hired for. They told me as I came to sign the contract. I saw people crying and leave. I just stood there and laughed like a maniac. Went to my car and cried. Shit like this happens for a year now. It doesn't matter how prepared I am. It is always something.

If it is of any help- l had similar things happen to me. You are not alone.....also as a rejection reason "we want a man for this role, as we had negative experiences in the past with women..." The only thing we can do is don't give up and just push on. That's the only thing that will help to get you out of this situation. Hugs - you are not alone

I consider that the most important tip is to research the company. When you will present all the information to the employer, already you will have a White star. The difference betwenn you and other candidates is made Base on the reseach of the company, which show to employer you interest în working at that company.

I don't even get interviews. I've been looking for a full time job since 2019. I'm just done, I'm way too burned out. I can't even get basic part time jobs.

As someone who works in healthcare, i would just go to med school or PA school. More bang for your buck with med school or same thing but less work and debt with PA school.
