How do you get the dpi to 300? I found Convert.town on the web has a dpi converter. Usually the jpg and png files from Midjourney are only 72 dpi even after upscaling in Midjourney, plus upscaling 4x or 8x in a third party upscaler. So after upscaling, if the file is under 20 MB I can convert dpi to 300 using Convert.town. Or instead I can do max size on the Canva slider (usually 6400 px) and the image dpi changes to 300 dpi but the file is often quite large and it’s not a true upscale.

I am just starting to play with putting designs on mugs. I have put several items up on Zazzle, all Christmas related. Not getting any views yet Your tutorial has helped immensely, especially with the ratio, I was struggling with that. I have been using Bing to generate images, but it doesn’t seem to understand the aspect ratio. Looking forward to checking out your other videos, thank you so much for taking time out to do that. Your designs are beautiful. I can’t wait to try some of your prompts. I’m doing everything on my tablet, but I think maybe if I change over to a laptop it would be easier.

Would be amazing if you could explain the DPI 300 side of things. Not everyone would be using gelato or any POD service, some people will use a local mug wrap company. I myself am trying to sell on Etsy but just the digital file and it must be 300 dpi and the digital file size either 8.5x3.5 or 9x4 which you explain really well but you never actually explain the Etsy listing side of things and how to supply the customer with those measurements and file types etc. I've Watched almost all your videos, but I can't find any video that touches base on creating a image that will be saved in final format as .PNG and 300DPI and the file size as 11oz 2550x1050, 150z as 2700x1200. This is the issue I'm having because I'm upscaling with pixel cut like you are except, I need the DPI precisely 300 and the size is not greater than the original respective of which mug size. I got burnt out trying to catalog mid journeys 4.3 billion styles but not simply because there are so many, but in large part because even over a sample of a few hundred they are pretty repetitive after a while. And I was just using seed values with style reference codes and a prompt of just a period, so it felt very impersonal and like I wasn't really doing anything creative. Just taking a break now. Thanks for this.

The second clockface image didn't work because you derived it from the first pareidolia image rather than the original --stop 20 blurred clockface image. I've learned that each subsequent attempt must be from the original image or the effect is lost.

Thank you for your thorough workflow presentation…. Very helpful. I created a white tiger with blue eyes awhile back in ideogram and imagine.art - looks similar to yours! Love it. I always thought png was best for printing. Does it matter if I upscale 8x in an ai upscaler called “Ai Enlarger” after having upscaled 2x in midjourney? Or should I use the original small image from Midjourney to upscale 8x in the upscaler app? Also, if I need to remove background (ie transparent background for apparel) should I remove bg after upscaling, or before upscaling?
