Tamiya thin cement doesn’t work on abs plastic that a lot of 3rd party kits use exclusively. They make cement specifically for abs, or you can get the testors red label that works for all plastic. Or do it the old school way and use butane or acetone to weld abs plastic parts together. Or superglue

Uh, i building it right now , is the metal frame part is instructed on the guide book or we can choose? And can you tell where is the metal part is instaled?
@animousworks7 күн бұрын
The metal parts are located in the waist, shoulder pegs, and ankles. The guide does let you know. You can either choose to use the plastic parts or you can use the metal parts. The metal parts included in the kit are only for the waist, shoulders, and ankles. I am guessing to provide structural support.

Hello, i'm still learning about airbrushes. May i know if you're spraying with a 0.2mm needle for your paints and primer?

@@animousworks some good news, I got a screw and nut set from eBay. 14mm screw and 4mm nut. Considering how Bandai still didn't fix the Mobile Armor hips issue even with the VerKa kit, it's probably best to make it as a partsformer just like Bandai did with the Macross HG 1/100 VF kits as well as the HGUC kits too.
