It’s Open Tournament Sport Karate. It’s more fast paced. It’s practiced for the purpose of competition, not self defense. But it’s all based on karate basics.

How sad that these young people will never learn authentic Martial men Arts for them it is only a sport of gymnastics tricks baton twirling and juggling What would happen if they find themselves in a real life violent confrontation? Unfortunately they would be seriously harmed because they never learned or trained in realistic self defense.
