Now all we need is the sensor to tell us what are the exact levels of the different chemicals in our tank that would be so nice to have that in the app as well, but I’m not sure how much or how sensitive as sensor you would need an auto water change. System might be necessary.

You seem too know a bit about bettas, I have two bettas (in separate tanks) but both are lopsided and have REALLY bad fin rot they both lost close to half of all their fins and they are very very pale and one of them won’t eat much, I’ve tried betta biodics/medicines and extra food and water changes I’ve tried everything but it only slows it down doesn’t stop it and I know they won’t live much longer so I was wondering if you had any tips of how to help them?? I’ve had tons of betta in the past but they never had fin rot so I’m not sure how to fix it

Hi @NotLoona, I’m really sorry to hear about your bettas. It sounds like you’re doing everything you can. Sometimes, fin rot can be stubborn, especially if it’s severe. If you haven’t already, consider using a high-quality aquarium salt, which can help with healing. Also, make sure the water parameters are stable and ideal for bettas-sometimes even a slight change can make a big difference. Keep their stress levels low by minimizing disturbances around their tanks. Wishing you and your bettas the best!

What filter do you use? Do you use any boa-safe ferts for plants? In my caridina strict parameter tanks - I’ve noticed having trouble with beautiful aquascapes. I only run buce and montecarlo successfully, with the nutrient deficient - strict water for the shrimp
