Estou com um dell inspiron 5481, ele estava com o mesmo problema do vídeo, fiz o procedimento descrito, não iniciou o led lateral pisca 3 vezes entre amarelo e branco o notebook fica ligado mas nao inicia o reparo da bios o que posso fazer já não sei mais o que tentar 😢

I was using my laptop Inspiron 14 5425 and there notification comed on regarding update , when i updated it , the screen got black and doesnt getting on.as i contact dell service they ssaid 3amber 4white light says ya motherboard got corrupted and needs to be replaced. They literally scammed me in the name of update . As a student its verh costly for me to get motherboard relaced at 12k ruppes

Hello brother I have a laptop name acer aspire es 11 and I am facing some serious issues in my bios settings basically I cannot select any item from my up and down keys I can still go left and right and select the modes like boot or security but I cannot select any item beneath it I even tried different keyboard but still facing issue pls help btw love ur videos ❤

I had an issue with an Inspiron 15 3511 laptop. Tried to reinstall the bios seveal times via flash drive, but the error persisted. Finally did a reset of the RTC, and the system fired right up to the windows login screen!

my bios got corrupted, and now When i press CTRL+ESC nothing happens, i tried flashing new firmware, but doesnt work also, its a brand new laptop.

@@inexkecible oh yeah same thing, i have this issue today, i tried all methods including usb update but not work, there must be something that cause it or whatever, and btw i saw this similar issue on various forums but no one gave an working solution sadly

@@P1utia I was resetting windows and the computer turned off mid way because battery depleted and then this happened, I gave it to someone to try to fix it, There's no dell company where I live to give them to fix it😭

Just try this. Let your bios installation finish and successful. After that your laptop will restart . Just turn off your laptop after restart . And thats the time you remove the battery. After you removed the battery just long press power button for 30 seconds. After you long press 30 seconds connect your charger and it will automatically power on. During boot up just Press CRTL + DEL .It should go to bios dashboard if not you need to call Dell support.
