Rich people in poor countries are filthy rich. However, I doubt those people are renting a small modestly decorated condo. The asking price for this is unbelievable, is it really achievable?

it's because "investors" are usually misinformed, take out a loan (interest rates in the Philippines are high), then pass on the mortgage cost to potential tenants. They can get lucky though because the Philippines has its charms if you have the money to see it. Laws can be bent to the highest bidder's will.

Waaaaaay over-priced...its BGC for goodness sakes. Not Dubai or Beverly Hills. For $3600 USD per month. This makes no sense unless you MUST live in BGC.
