The 60’s was one of the best eras. From the fashion; matching outfits, gloves and pill hats to the music and TV shows. I would love to see the fashion come back.

This is a real great great song when I was a young teenager all the dances I used to go to bring back those days. I’m sure it does for many.❤

'Can't Find the Time to Tell You' by Rose Colored Glass is another tune that fits this genre. Spring, 1971. Left my friends and neighbors when our family moved that summer--I was 10 years old, and crushed to be leaving my friends and my neighborhood. Everything turned out just fine, but those days will forever have a special place in my heart. New Colony Six wrote some great music. Thanks for posting.

I grew up in the Midwest and remember listening to songs like this on AM WLS and WCFL from Chicago late at night when the signals were more powerful. I listened on one of those small leather cased transistor radios. I knew the jingles the stations played to advertise their call letters. So there is a lot of nostalgia for those days and yes I admit that part of that was because I was young then.

I was only 11 when the 1960s ended. But understand why the slightly older crowd are affected warmly by this.

I heard this song on the radio in my youth, some years prior to the age where I started buying records. Years later I remembered the tune, some of the words, and that it was a duet, but could never find out what it was called or who sang it. So glad to finally know!

Man, does this bring back memories from high school. Class of '68. A lot of us wax nastalgia about those times. But if we're going to be honest, we had a lot of turmoil here then too. Assassinations of leaders, Civil Rights, Vietnam, etc. The very day i graduated from high school was the day of Bobby Kennedy's funeral train procession. Surreal doesn't begin to explain the feelings i had that day. And we're all still here almost 6 decades later. Larry Lujack, Tommy Edwards, Dick Biondi, Bob Sirotte, they all brought us the music to get us through it. Miss those days a bunch.
