You must do the washing with your barr hand with soap and water then after that you can clean your hands again with soap that's it .its way way to refreshing at hygienic rather than using toilet tissue paper that not cleaning all the dirt still have excess odor.

Why they don't always not mentioning the soap at the first place here in the Philippines the common things that are used when you are going😂 at the bathroom was soap and bucket. bucket to scoop some water and wash your anal hole the bucket with water goes to your right hand if your right handed and left if your left handed then the other hand must grab some soap and wash out your butt. With it then pour the bucket of water wt the same tme on you hand with the soap while scrubbing and washing your annal hole thats it and we do not usually used tissue its more expensive and tissue paper is not that very hygienic it still left some staines if your poop dirt and odor. So it is better to used and wash with bucket of water and bare hand with a soap on it to feel refreshed and odor free! And after that you can wash again your hands eith soap for extra cleaning or alcohol and sanitizer

Usually, we just use water and that's it. No towel. no dryer lol just wear pants after. they are just too shy to admit it;)

Thing Filipinos refer to used "Tabo" bucket or in English mug and used anti bacterial soap or liquid soap to wash it so it will be clean and fresh no odor cause if you gonna user tissue or paper it's still has a dirt on that part just like also on our culture here in the Philippines all men are goin on circumcisions so it's more clean and to avoid some bacteria and inspections Also on girls we do have this thing feminine Wash for that part to clean it and feel fresh and odor free coz I know in Japan there is no that such thing like that. 😊

Talking about toilet issue while eating😂? Women bring their own toilet tissues😂! Only the paid and expensive places provide toilet tissue. But public restrooms no you have to bring your own wipes😁! Friends, us in the Philippines set the time to go to work but due to many circumstances most of the time we fall short to be on time. Another thing is people in the Phil mostly not physically fit and could be the reason why they move so slow? But there’s an exception of the rules thou. The farmer’s are the most punctual people in PH because they wake up 4am or earlier depending on what kind they need to work on; and go to farm to tend their field, animals, fishermen, etc. So if you want to experience the early morning job try to leave with the farmer in the province…good luck😊
