ironic that megaranger is the only sentai you haven't watched, considering that I'm pretty sure it's the only sentai so far I've watched a review of. The video game connection (from what I remember) is that there was a video game that was used as a training tool for potential rangers, and the red ranger was the best player in the arcade, while the other 4 are computer club members who were visiting the space center for nasada (or whatever the sentai called it), when the villains attacked. Fun fact, megaranger was also hindered by a smaller budget (this is most obvious when you saw the villains' base). the sentai is more about technology rather than just video games, since each ranger has a power related to a different electronic (when they use this power, a symbol for that device is shown on the black spot on top of the helmet). One example is the blue ranger's helmet shows a tv, so he gets visual illusions (this is how they made all the rangers blue when fighting the evil rangers)
