@ I was at finals, after my band didn’t make it. The two parts that really got me were the first instrument and the last one. Oh my god so real and y’all did a great job bringing it to life. Loved the drill and artistic work ❤️ Have an amazing time at state

i feel no matter the placement, everyone put their absolute best out there on that field. size or content doesn't take away from effort or talent. everything was very well deserved and congrats to all the bands! you all did amazing and should be very proud..:)

We saw them perform yesterday at Area, right after our school, Victoria West, and they were amazing! We all thought for sure they were going to the finals and were shocked when they weren’t given a later performance time. I didn’t see too many bands perform, but in my opinion, East Weslaco was the best I did see. I hope they are proud of their hard work regardless of their placement against 33 other bands.

How did the band start? I knew they had plans on creating a marching band. At TAMUK you have to audition for the band. Does this apply to UTRGV band as well? Do they have a fight song and an alma mater song?

They took anyone and nothing was organized they got the uniforms the day of and the instruments are still coming in. Everything was rushed but it got done
