worst offenders include the first berry (normally a frame perfect jump, i made a strat for it that changes it to a 1f jump tap followed by a buffered fulljump but it's still annoying) and then the worst after that is probably just the flag 11 berry which has unnecessarily tight feather gameplay. other than that it's fairly balanced even if certain checkpoints (like volcano and wasteland) are harder than others on average but i dont mind it. the pre flag 6 berry should be a weird difficulty spike too in theory but i just never died here for some reason, even in practice so im not sure. at the end of the day it's an endurance golden and endurance is goated
