Why does it say it can print A4 (21x29.7cm) while the max width it can do is only 8 inches (20.32 cm)?! That's about 0.68 cm less!

Is the paper of citizen CZ01 compatible with DNP QW410?

They forgot to mention in the video that the printer door is held by a small piece of tape when you buy it. It’s important that you find a way to secure that door. If it open during operation, you are gonna loose what’s left on your roll
