@ Depends on a person’s budget. My analogy was rather loose. But if someone has to quibble about cost of minor adjustments to one’s wallet Or extra expenses then why would they question an extra cost of a few hundred if they are spending a few thousand. ? Just withdraw the cash 💰 or pack an extra credit card. 💳

@@rzz9594 Ah gotcha. That makes sense. And I totally agree with you and I'm fine with these minor cost adjustments. However, if you think about it this way, most of my cruises cost $7-800. For the WiFi and Cheers! program changes, I agree those totally are small and minor adjustments that I personally won't think twice about. But stopping in Mexico twice, the additional fees are a 10% cost increase. That's a little bit more than a tuneup on a sports car. That's more like adding a whole new set of wheels and tires.

People that cry about cruise pricing SHOULD NOT CRUISE! If you worry about nickels and dimes, go to a national park. Rent a dinghy on the lake. Cruising is not a "value vacation." It is a LUXURY. It is an experience. If you have to worry about prices, you don't belong on the boat, it's just that simple. Good for Carnival to take advantage of a hot market, That is what capitalism is. All this whining about gouging and greed! Go on a vacation you can afford and have fun. Why go on a cruise and complain about the cost the entire time? It's because America is full of entitled whiners that want a champagne vacation on a beer budget. Go on a beer vacation and GET OFF MY BOAT. You're just harshing my mellow.

If a $42 price increase per day increase kills your budget you need to rethink what you are spending your money on. Drink to oblivion on shore. Change your cell plan to include Mexico, skip the WiFi. I wish all the cruise channels would stop the whining

A once-in-a-lifetime experience is an event or activity that is so special and memorable that it probably won't happen again. this you can just pay 140 bucks a price of an excursion and do this on every cruise if you so wished. @ the one in January will be #4, and we have 2 more later in the year. I had some great casino offers including an Elite offer that I wanted to use so I’m doing my first elite cruise in May. In total I’ve done 6 cruises (3 carnival, 1 royal, 2 Disney).

Make sure u follow the dress code. lol got told to leave cause my dad didn't want to take off his hat .... it was a plain black hat, and even before that, they wouldn't serve us. we had to call them over to the table, and there were only 2 other ppl there
