great question. Its a perfect square or a aspect ratio of 1:1 just like it is on instagram. I use photobucket to make this square. I think i will do a video shortly that teaches you a trick that uses the instagram to make your posh photos pop even more. Stay tune.

in photoshop, use the 1080 px x 1080 px for the dims which will give you a great quality HD photo in a perfect square. You can use any pix size to create a square as long as its a 1:1 ratio but I like that size. I rarely use photoshop anymore on my cover photos because the apps they have work really well. I use photoshop on those complex covers or if my background is really damaged.

i apologize, this is why i only used it for a few seconds at a time and also why i put the steps on the screen as I talked. Music is in video for about 20 seconds or so but looking back, i can see how it might have been too loud. I will adjust that next time, thanks for the feedback. I adjust the EV to +05 when taking most photos on mannequins. I lower is to -.05 when taking flat lays in lower light and then adjust in my camera 360 app for additional quality adjustments. Its going to take a while to get things perfect, you just have to keep posting until you find the right rhythm and settings for yourself, cell phone and apps you use. Ariana Galvan actually i lost a full dress size. Its not DRAMATIC weight loss so it may be hard to tell in the photos but i was really proud to even have that much at the time i took the photos. I should have dresses in the same dress as before but it was an after thought. You can however look at my face and see thats its smaller and so are my arms. I also lost in the middle. Sorry its not completely obvious but the weight loss IS there. Have a great day.
