X and Hampton were the only credible proponents of this movement; isn't it strange how the religious/devout always prove the least worthy of one's trust.

Growing up in the 80s there was so much negativity about this man. It makes me so sad because I didn't have the knowledge as a child to know otherwise! It was the same for the Prophet Muhammad, who is a Manifestation of God. But thank God I am a person who wants to know for themselves! I am not Muslim, but it is so clear why this man was considered a threat to many, even after his death! Absolute intelligence, wisdom and sincerity, which is so lovely to see in a human.

Geeze, Denzel Washington really did resemble this man a lot. I could easily see why he was cast to play Malcom X.

Malcolm was correct. And, toxicity runs rampant in NOI. I've noticed it in the observations up close. The seven sins spoken of in the Bible are evident. I have stayed clear of the NOI and the broader Islamic world. The fanaticism is beyond the pale. The misogyny is prevalent. And, the leaders they treat as God or equivalent to Jesus. Farahkan, Fared, Elijah Muhammad. Speak in disagreement about them you're a marked man, ostracized or worse. A sick and insidiously a CULT.

If he actually thought the black community being MORE religious would fix things he was hopelessly naive. Especially when it comes to the kooks and cranks in NoI.

@ If the choice is between being “disorganised” and being “organised” under a cult like NoI then the answer is obvious.

Malcolm was a gem 💎 and often we who are sold out for righteousness are sometimes blindsided; by those who laid down the law (of what's righteous) so to speak. Lesson is the heart is deceitfully wicked, who can know it. The God of the Bible, the God of Abraham Issac and Abraham is true. He sent his only begotten son Jesus to atone for our sin. Believe on him and you will be saved. Also... Trust no one. Adore no one but the father

Disturbing to say the least!!! Truth though it may be to much info to our oppressors. It's gave our opptessors time to strategize and strike down any snippet of revolt. Like an unintentional traitor. Sad indeed!! An very harmful. Very very harmful.

Nation of Islam is NOT real Islam. Elijah Muhammad was NOT a prophet or messenger. The nation of islam reverting back to true Islam was one of the biggest mass conversions to islam in history.

The single most scariest thing on this country for white Americans is an intelligent coordinated African American revolt. As you see in this interview Wallace's questions focused solely on this after it was brought up. He wasn't even listening to Malcolm's reasoning. He just focused squarely on violence and if it was about to happen. This is why the government took down the black panther party and once Malcom left NOI he became the most dangerous man in the country
