Philippines Medicine Act 1959, Article-3,No-9(1)Point & Rule 38 "Reciprocal Licence To Medicine Rule" Philippines Gives License to Practice Medicine only those country citizen which allow philipino to License to Practice Medicine this is called Reciprocal Rule. India and Philippines Do not have any Reciprocal agreement signed in 1.5 Yrs since FMGL18Nov21. Nor CHED or PRC changed Law in 1.5 yrs given indian exception. So MBBS in Philippines is Invalid wef 18/11/21, don't go to Philippines for MBBS bcoz its waste degree in india. For more clarifications make 100 tweets to Embassy and Indian ambassador Shambhu Dayal they will bw forced to answer.

🚩#18Nov21 गजट से 6 माह से 1.5 साल पहले फिलीपीन्स में BS में प्रवेश लिए 12,000 छात्रों को क्यो 1 टाइम एक्सेप्शन मिलना चाहिए जिसको #NMC द्वारा गजट के 4 माह 7 दिन बाद 25मार्च 2022 में इनवैलिड बताया गया? 🔴 10-2-23 मांडवियाजी ने संसद में कहा कि "लाइसेंस मय प्रेकटिस बिना भारतीय की विदेशी MBBS डिग्री अमान्य" 🔸फिलीपीन्स विदेशी को मेडीसिन प्रेक्सिस की अनुमति नही देता। 🔸फिलीपीन्स का ASEAN देश के साथ पैक्ड है, अतः ASEAN देश के नागरिकों को मेडीसिन प्रेक्सिस परमिशन है। 🔸भारत का फिलीपीन्स देश के साथ कोई मेडिकल पैक्ड नही, न ही भारत विदेशी देश के नागरिक को मेडीसिन प्रेक्सिस परमिशन देता है! पर NMC द्वारा लाइसेंस व प्रेक्सिस पर नियम कानून बहुत बना दिए! अतः भारत फिलीपीन्स के साथ मेडिकल लाइसेंस एग्रीमेंट करे। 🔸भारत या तो ASEAN देशो का मेम्बर बन जाए या इन छात्रों को 1 टाइम रिलेक्सेशन देवे! 🔸भारत जब अपने ही देश के बच्चो को एक्सेप्ट ही नही कर रहा ! क्या करे, कहा जाए यह अपने ही देश जे बच्चे? 🔸केरियर बचाने हेतू अब क्या बच्चे धर्म बदल/देश बदल ले यही चाहते गए आप, माँ-बाप बच्चो के शक्ल देखने तरस जाए? 🔸क्या फिलीपीन्स में धर्म बदल/विवाह कर नागरिकता बदल और कोई विकल्प बचता है क्या इन बच्चों के पास? 👉 क्यो 12,000 छात्रों का जीवन बर्बाद करने पर तुले है मोदीजी और मांडविया जी।

So, 🚫 #MD #Philippines is Invalid wef 18-11-21 🚩Reason "Oct/Nov 2022 letter #CHED/ #PRC Quote -Not Allow Foreigner to Practice Medicine In Philippines" 🚩Law Related Resolution passed by #Senate_Philippines, 10% chances of changes, which is next to impossible. 🔸Whatever changes had to happen, had happened in Oct/Nov22 #CHED/ #PRC letter, if not happened at that time, means not possible to change rule. 🔸Yes big business loss for Philippines if indian student don't come,Approx 2,44,80,00,000 Peso per Year , for the 12000 Student per Year. 🔸Big question is !
