Thank you for sharing , hope everything works outs with cutting all that sugar , it can be hard but there are definitely some recipes that can satisfy that feeling , I loooove candy , it’s my weakness lol and my work has been having two jars of candy the last few weeks so it’s definitely hard because I’m trying to get back into the groove of eating healthy and working out so now I’m only getting one piece of candy and not 4 or 5 😅

Hi Sara, I’m watching late Thursday as I’m getting ready for bed. My first guess was the weather but then you said it started before hand. Try some natural shea butter, it really helps and you only need a little bit. I’m about to do the same thing with getting rid of sugar. I love seafood and gave up all red meat a few months ago. After eating everything in site this week, I am ready to get serious about what I eat. Great cash stuffing and definitely stay on your husband about his health. He is very lucky to have you ❤😊🙏🏼

To prevent that hand redness, I like to use BAG-Balm. Ask for it at the pharmacy, It's the only thing that will protect my hands (I'm a nurse and constantly wash my hands.)
