Assalamoualaikum, Great speech indeed and I think it's quite rare to hear about how the Prophet ﷺ uses his leadership skills to improve the capabilities of his companions. I gather the following from this lecture: His super leadership skills and how he ﷺ first made sure that his companions have the "same" Islamic personality.

The Friday khutbahs in Malaysia and America is almost the same in content. It really makes me feel like home. If you look at the culture of Malaysia and America, it is vastly different. For example, in terms of nutrition in America there are many fruit of fresh berries that can be consume directly but Malaysians can only consume frozen berries that are imported. What makes the teachings of al-Deen in Malaysia and America uniform is because of the Arabic language. Most of imams around the world have educational qualifications from universities in Arab countries such as al-Azhar University and Madinah University. The only difference is that when these students return to their respective countries, they will teach again in the local language. Even though I am from Malaysia, I do believe in the teachings by imams from America because they know Arabic. Furthermore imams from America have almost the same look as in Arab countries even though the majority of Americans are of other religions.

thank you, I have been recently so worried and constantly thinking about the dunya. I've been meeting my desires too much but then stopped because I realized it's just short term pleasure and it will harm me in the end. Striving to work against our desires and temptations is really the hardest for me, but I am trying and now coming back to allah.

I am from Malaysia but I believe in the imams from America because they know Arabic language.

Al-Ahqaf 46:15 وَوَصَّيْنَا الْاِنْسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ اِحْسٰنًا ؕ حَمَلَتْهُ اُمُّهٗ كُرْهًا وَّوَضَعَتْهُ كُرْهًا ؕ وَحَمْلُهٗ وَفِصٰلُهٗ ثَلٰثُوْنَ شَهْرًا ؕ حَتّٰۤي اِذَا بَلَغَ اَشُدَّهٗ وَبَلَغَ اَرْبَعِيْنَ سَنَةً ۙ قَالَ رَبِّ اَوْزِعْنِيْۤ اَنْ اَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِيْۤ اَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلٰي وَالِدَيَّ وَاَنْ اَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضٰهُ وَاَصْلِحْ لِيْ فِيْ ذُرِّيَّتِيْ ۚؕ اِنِّيْ تُبْتُ اِلَيْكَ وَاِنِّيْ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِيْنَ And We have enjoined upon man, to his parents, good treatment. His mother carried him with hardship and gave birth to him with hardship, and his gestation and weaning [period] is thirty months. [He grows] until, when he reaches maturity and reaches [the age of] forty years, he says, "My Lord, enable me[1] to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to work righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring.
