I have both the ADV and Discotek versions. I gotta say I like the bulky white cases ADV used as they feel very durable compared to the usual "eco" cases that DVDs come in today. I wish the Fox family channel edits of the episodes were available somewhere online as that's how I originally saw the show.

Old video so response is way late: Think the main issue is that they give EXE much more power than seen in either anime or game. And the hubstyle just ends up being a one off killing a powersource. and that is only in the games while anime I don't remember hubstyle being used once. and manga. I never read cause I played the games and watched the anime. only way for Lan to be with megaman.exe is synchro from BN 3 or using the synchro chip from the anime. While the synchro chip does amp exe up. It doesnt' last forever and there is a 5-10 chip limit depending on the PET version Lan has. Starforce, there is much more from the games than anime. but both make Geo much stronger than EXE, Cause both game and anime the EM world Starforce moves much faster than the eye can follow, which is from Speed of sound to light speed all the time. And if EXE is getting Hubstyle, then why did they not include any of the starforce powers? Starforce 1 leo, pegasus, or dragon, Starforce 2 dino, zerker, or ninja? Starforce 3 Meteor-g(Black ace or Red joker) and Noise forms? Heck the black hole attack would have been the ace in the hole, if Starforce went black ace and used Black End galaxy which is a Giga card level attack and isn't just end game use only. (also cause that last battle doesn't end unless you use that card cause game programing and boss stays at 1 health until you use the BEG.) Starforce 2 goes with whispers of the power. meaning that Starforce could have the whispers of all the starforce powers being the logical reason for why Starforce is able to use all the forms. And though Bias is clear. I had much more fun with Starforce games than I did the BN ones.

This is a neat controller. The form factor is what drew me to buying a white one for my young daughter. I found that the triggers broke on the white version. The pivot point crumbled on the right trigger within 3 months of very light use. (I get her every other weekend). I tried to repair it but was unsuccessful. Other than the trigger issue, I loved it and so did she.

That is such a weird form factor... yeah I think I might have to pass on using this one, maybe if I can get it for cheap, I'll buy it for collector's value, but that is such a weird shape for an Xbone controller, not to mention it looks pretty small. I'll stick with the one I bought for PCSX2 personally.

Not sure if this is a hot take or not, but we kinda always hated the grey colourscheme on the comic version of Galvatron. Like the purple just stands out waaaay more, and gives him more of a connection with Cyclonus and Scourge (and given they are soldiers of Unicron, it makes sense). The grey just makes it feel too much like Megatron, which yeah makes sense, but it also makes Galvatron seem less unique.

The reason they reference Machine Wars is because the convention that year had a Machine Wars theme. The comic book story took place between G2 and Beast Wars. Sunstorm appeared in that comic as one of the Cybertronians living in peace in Cybertron when it was invaded.

The Voyager Seekers do suffer from not having missile mechanisms or landing gear.

The names Bitstream and Hotlink first appeared as seekers in a Transformers novel, but we never saw what they looked like in that novel. So the Club combined the lore and made the other two Welcoming Committee Seekers into those two guys.

Yeah, the set is actually the BotCon "Welcoming Committee", but they printed Rainmakers on the packaging. Since everything that TFCC prints is canon, this made them a second Rainmakers team officially. Weird.

This isn't the first Sunstorm from this mold. CHMS also made two different Sunstorms from the Chinese Bootleg of this mold. One was orange, the other more mustard. Plus they made one of the yellow Rainmaker too.

The Combiners in Power of the Primes all had dedicated "Prime Armor" hand and foot parts. The hands doubled as guns (though the covers in them ALSO doubled as guns), and the feet doubled as "shields". The feet usually came with the Voyager class torso bots (Starscream, Elita-1, Grimlock, Inferno, Hun-grr), while the hands came with the Deluxe class limb bots. The big gimmick here was that you could either stick a Prime Master in its Matrix Core mode (those repurposed Headmasters) or an actual Matrix Core (from Optimus, Nemesis, Rodimus Prime, Rodimus Unicronus, and/or Optimal Optimus) or a frameless Matrix Core called an Enigma (named after the Enigma of Combination; ex.: Dinobot Enigma, etc. That's the silvery thing with the red paint in the middle, btw) into these Headmaster shaped slots in the hands or feet for "Prime Armor powers". And being that they're all shaped similarly, yes, you can also use the actual Headmasters from Titans Return (I refuse to call them "Titan Masters", that sucks) & Takara's Transformers Legends. (This is especially funny considering that although renamed, there WERE bodiless Headmaster versions of Grimlock (Clobber) & Swoop (Ptero). Yeah, Red Swoop's QC was known to be pretty bad. And yes, Blue Swoop was better...but that's not saying much, because his QC wasn't great, either. 14:44 Oh, you got that correct. there were 3 versions of the dino bots clear/display, gold metalic then a colore version the smaller version of the dinobots were nwver designed to combine the reson there wasn't much done if you follooed ther cartoon law the reason there ius only1 instance of them combining because they their combining cog or grimlolock didn't have the mental capacity to control them in combiner mode.. the reality is do to their in the larger formats combined they stood 3-4 foo tall and north of 1,400 in combined model 1:18-1:24th scale you have there wouldn't have been a combiner mode i on;y saw the option in the larger sizes when i was a kid within toyworld franchisees of the 80's and early 90's
