Paradise Lost, Anathema and My Dying Bride introduced the British style of Doom/Death metal genre at the advent of the 90s with their depressive lyrics, slow drum pace, melodic voice with death growls and lead sounds that was haunting and stays with you. I love this genre forever and unfortunately very underrated and neglected.
