I totally relate I also have ADD. I lose focus a lot. I fight myself often because of the forgetfulness and the need to have my plans laid out. For the ideas in the shower if you wear you watch tell Siri to take a note and then you will have it in your notes. I believe you can set a timer for it to remind you also. Good luck.

46:30 i was like that, always wanted to things my way, as i thought the right and perfect way. but it goes two ways my husband said, what if he thinks the same, that he needs to do all it himself cuz he thinks he is doing it perfectly - not me. i would be hurt lol, so i stopped doing that. there arent things done right or wrong, cuz everyone have their own methods :) i do the laundry and my husband loves to stay in the kitchen. (when he cooks his special soup i just need to peel the veggies lol, cant touch anything else cuz i cant do it perfectly as himself xD but thats good, cuz i love his soup)

It’s ok if you are undiagnosed. the neurodivergent community accept self-identifying ADHD, and self-identifying ASD as well as diagnosed people. I can relate about the out of sight out of mind thing, I do that a lot as well. I have most of my bills as direct debits, and that helps. I also put them in the monthly of my Hobo cousin, as well as my paydays. There is a really great channel on KZbin, about ADHD and he has a how series of videos / shorts on ADHD in women. I just cannot think of the name of it.

OMG I literally can never remember where I park so I am constantly say “Dude Where’s My Car?” It’s a really hilarious movie and we are always referencing it. Especially the scene at the drive through. This spread came out really pretty.

Sorry - but it’s hard to feel sorry for US content creators on TikTok when there’s only 5 countries who get paid for it. Those 12 hours were the loveliest and most peaceful on the app for the rest of us - leading to people desperately trying to keep their feeds US free. There were no trolls, no AI content, no drama and the amount of hateful comment decreased by like 90%. TT pushes US content over all others so curating our FYP is really difficult. And now with the “customise feed” option we can’t even ask for less US content.

So excited to watch this as I am doing the same exact thing on the same exact pages. I didn’t use Canva but it’s coming together. I didn’t think to do the goals page next to it so thank you for that! Also- KZbin membership would be better than Patreon for me personally bc I don’t use any other social media. Just in case you were wondering how some people felt about that. 😂
