IVECO have really come on over the period of the last decade. Likes of ASDA and TESCO have turned to the Italian brand rather than to buy Mercedes Benz in a time when Finances are struggling. It seems to be between Ford and IVECO for the Supermarket delivery vehicles. From the point of view of the trucks, I heard that Royal Mail bought 29 IVECO Stralis to replace their aging DAF and Mercedes Benz artics. Quite a coup, once again for the Italian brand.

People that have them say they are great trucks. Very low maintenance costs. Drivers also love them

Hands down the worst wagons on the road, I would rather have an old Seddon Atkinson than an iveco. There is a reason why these trucks are cheap.

Truly shocking truck to drive with a wide, lwb box on it. You cannot see the rear corners because of the awful design and you simply do not get any spacial awareness from it. None of the drivers will drive it now because the design is simply too bad to be safe. Straight line, auto, drives quite nice but let's face it, maneuverablity is far more important

Could have had more positions in steering adjustment and foot switch is difficult, drinks adblue, and brakes like the hiway takes a lot of getting used to

Spoken to iveco twice over last few weeks for a test drive they haven't even bothered to call back. If they can't even call like promised god knows what will happen on break downs not good customer service

Is this cruise control adaptive ? I can’t find it anywhere. There Full brake control system and cruise control but does it mean it can adapt to the speed of the car in front of you? Thank you
